Why Adopt a Strange Friend?
Strange Friends are created from the broken toy parts that were once thrown away and forgotten. These custom creatures were even rejected by second hand shops due to their condition. Instead of sending these misunderstood novelties to their doom, we were determined to give new life to these lost toys. All parts go through a detailed sanitation process before their new journey as Strange Friends. Please note that Strange Friends were created from up-cycled and recycled toy parts and will show minor and sometimes more sizable flaws.
Adopting from Plushie Couture is an experience, and unboxing your new friend is half the fun! Each box comes with an introduction letter and is packed full of surprises. Our friends never travel alone and always include a second “Stowaway friend" who snuck along for the journey. In addition, they are addicted to bringing gifts and making you smile! Everything in your box is gift wrapped, and includes 10 or more new and/or new old stock vintage toy surprise items as gifts to you!
Each creation from Plushie Couture has been saved from a previous life where they were discarded.
